Here we will tell you how to make a Door name plate in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now set the Foreground as shown image below.

[3] Fill the Background with the help of Alt+Backspace.

[4] Now take the Rounded Rectangle Tool.

[5] Create a new shape and fill with Black color.

[6] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Create another shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool, and fill the new shape with Black color.

[9] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[10] Your image should be look like this.

[11] Now take the Pen Tool and create a new shape as shown image below.

[12] Create a new layer and make the selection then fill with any color would you like.

[13] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[14] Your image should be look like this.

[15] Now make the copy of Previous layer as shown image below.

[16] Your final image should be look like this.
